Scalp hair growth

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Dear Sir during surgery after stitches all arround the stitches there are hair steps, but after 20days ie after removal of stitches I noticed hair fall arround the stitches also noticed of new hair growth in some places, confused that hair will again grow or not. In very much tension please suggest any care or medication.
