I feel pain in my right wrist while we play cricket..... while I am playing cricket if I forcely shot a heavy ball my scaphoid will move slightly upper then I feel little pain afterwords I can't play my shots what should I do plz suggest

Hi ! nothing to worry ! start with wrist and forearm physiotherapy and stretching exercises. once your tendons get strong and support the wrist joint capsule, this slight instability will go off. needs training. All the best. See your physio. will take some time. donot get into investigations and all. wont reveal anything other than a low vitamin D3.
