Hai doctor, I have 10 inch scar in my neck. Already i have taken 7 times H2o laser treatment, but still it is visible condition. Planning for plastic surgery. Is it good. Or any other way to solve my problem. Please do needful

Plastic surgery is also a good option for scar treatment but opinion is required for decision .
