The Non healing scar may need an additional surgery at a later date once you are confirmed cancer free. Now the aim should be to prevent secondary bacterial infection which in turn will delay wound healing. Depending on the skin and soft tissue status, you may need antibiotics and local gel.
Next Steps
To check with oncologist to decide on need for prophylactic antibiotics and rebiopsy
Health Tips
Keep the wound clean and dry as much as possible

It would be best to consult the operating surgeon and the non healing wound may require taking new stitches/plastic surgery.
Next Steps
After healing of the wound you may have to undergo chemotherapy +/- targeted therapy (depending on your reports). You could visit my center or consult online for further guidance
