Scar or infection?
Since I was little I have these nasty scars that turn my skin black and include white little dots all over my skin, it’s not all over my skin though these things are on my hips and my bendable part of my arm. My private parts are also darker than my regular skin too. They don’t itch or nothing. Please help me out!
