Scebacause cyst
I have scebacause cyst on side neck more than 1 cm and that is also open with pus so only antibiotic is enough or i have to go for surgery

There 2 ways u can treat infected sebaceous cyst
First with antibiotis infection is controlled and later cyst is removed
2nd n popular cyst is removed immediately and later infection is controlled.
