Is there any treatment available for schwannoma tumers ? Other than surgery?

Surgery = gold standard
Gamma knife is other option ie radio surgery
Usually given for less than 2 cm / intracanalicular tumour
All this is for vestibular schwannoma

Hi,
Can you please elaborate about the site of schwanomma. However Surgery remains the main mode of treatment, in case of small rumours and the site, gamma knife may be offered. That's a form of radiation
