Hi,
I have a pain on my right glute which travels right down to the calves. This pain has given me sleepless nights and hampers my movement at times.
I think this is the sciatica nerve pain as it comes and goes every 2 months.
My back doesn't have any pain it's just the mid right side of my glute till my calves.
Please advice.
My daily activities includes sitting in front of the computer and walks of around 1 hr daily.
I was a regular gym goer for many years but away from the gym from the last 6 months.
Thanks.
