I'm 7 months pregnant.. I have sciatica leg nerve pain.. I'm unable to walk.. Can you please suggest me any remedy for this.. How many days this pains will be there..????

Need to check otherwise it's back pain common during this phase of pregnancy, do hot Fomentation, stretching and strengthening excercise under supervision.
