Sciatica Remedy
I need help from sciatica. Am doing bed rest for almost 5weeks. Also doing physiotherapy regularly. Need proper guidance for complete improvement.

Hi, sciatica doesn't need bed rest unless your MRI shows something drastic Sciatica patients do find relief within a month time if follow proper ergonomics and exercise program Consult me online for detailed treatment plan

For complete recovery u also have to do exercises & stretching at home under physiotherapist guidance.. Try to do exercises twice a day.
