Sebaceoys cyst on RT

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Experience cyst formation RT .Two formed one went away on its ownwhile other still there. Recently it got little bigger and litlle painful but i thought this might also will go away .however I am fearing the surgical procedure as i dont want it. Can anyone help me.
