Seborrheic dermatitis
I merely want to which of the two, desonide solution or luliconazole cream can be applied on the scalp. I have consulted the dermatologist but due to reasons i am unable to contact him.

Based on your description the skin condition, it appears that you have Seborrheic dermatitis. Sometimes they co-exist with dandruff and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. A photograph will add in obtaining better recommendations. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan. It is also important to prevent their relapse once you have got it cured.
