Please advise my pressure 14 and 16 and vision 6/6 my eye drop is combigan but I'm not satisfy bcoz my eyes is dry

You are using anti glaucoma drops. Any such drops over a long period of time can produce mild dryness. To confirm whether you indeed have glaucoma I need to know what your initial eye pressure was before you started combigan; whether your optic disc is normal and whether your visual fields are affected.
