I have been having pain in lower back since last few years, dr.said i have an by birth disorder caled secralisation.

Sacralisation does not cause any back pain. It is just a technical term that is used and had no impact on clinical symptoms. Your back pain is most likely coming from wear and tear of the discs or the joint in the back. Poor posture is also a big driver for back pain.
If you see an Orthopaedic Spinal surgeon, you will be assessed properly and treated appropriately.
