Secretion of dense mucus

A lot secretion of mucus sometimes it seems like cold symptoms i have also low monocytes count also. Can this problem be cured by changing habit or i have to take medicines. Is this problem complicated or normal suggest please.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Monocyte count is not really significant. If your symptoms are persistent then regular medication is recommended
