  3. See in detail. That's the reason why?

Sometimes I get pin and needle feeling on the bottom of my lip, cheek bone, sometimes on my chest, sometimes my legs randomly thorough out the day- and recently my eyes hurt/feel sore when I look up or to the side. I do use my phone alot maybe that's the reason why?
