1st find out the reason of ur depression
and try to eliminate it
Also find for the positive things u have which others don't have
very important- completely avoid negativity like negative talk, negative scenarios, etc
See motivational videos n pictures every now n then whenever u feel like depressed
Have some dream n find out ways to achieve it , so that u don't have time to think other things

If you are aware that you are going through something that means you have ability to cope with it too but you need a little help.That help is counselling.
Make your mental health your priority at this time .work,family and commitments can wait but this is important.
