Hi.., 1st find out the reason of ur depression and try to eliminate it Also find for the positive things u have which others don't have very important- completely avoid negativity like negative talk, negative scenarios, etc See motivational videos n pictures every now n then whenever u feel like depressed Have some dream n find out ways to achieve it , so that u don't have time to think other things Hope these r some points which can u help u..

Hi If you are aware that you are going through something that means you have ability to cope with it too but you need a little help.That help is counselling. Make your mental health your priority at this time .work,family and commitments can wait but this is important.

We become purely lazy even about our mental health as its not a fever for which we can self medicate but thats how we push ourself to clinical depression
