Seems like infection
Vaginal itching and burning sensation while urinating, basically when the urine comes in contact with the itchy part of the vagina. Also, difficulty while urinating

Get urine culture  and ultrasound done  if not done... Consult gynaecologist for local examination or other gynaecology problems.. Send reports when done... In the mean time take more water
