Seems Muscle knot on neck

Asked for Male, 8 Years

My kid 8 years old, did Karathe practice day before yesterday. Afterthat he said his neck had pain. Also he suffered fever. Today I realized his neck's right side muscles are bigger. It seems to be muscle knot. For the fever he already taking medicines. But it's not yet stopped. Sometimes medicines controlled the fever. Pls advice.

It's related to infection in lymph glands , it will take time to come down . Continue antipyretic medications and antibiotics for 10 days till the symptoms resolve completely
