Seems throat infection, cough
Suffering from last 3-4 days with throat infection cough. 2 yrs 8 months child. Khansi happened after every few minutes. Not able to sleep. Dribbles during khansi.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours for both fever and pain,if required.
If mild,give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
