Hi I was taken 10 injection of b12 from doctor but no relief so can o take 1000 MCG self b12 injection every week for long time? Self injection will harmful? Any reaction?

Yes self injecting can be harmful . Vit b12 recovery take a bit time . Maintain your patience and take injections as per your consulting doctor
