See the motility has to be checked immediately after liquefaction that takes 20-30 minutes
Next Steps
Sperms will loose motility outside the vaginal tract and also if not kept in incubator So according to WHO this motility is normal

It is normal But more important is from where u have done it If u have done from some pathology lab then u need to do repeat from a fertility clinic, as pathology lab reports r not accurate
