I have never heard of this before. Get yourself and your husband checked by a gynaec and urologist respectively. It could be a case of some infection, which any one of you may be harbouring.
Antibiotics may be beneficial un this scenerio.
Next Steps
if it is still the case, then you might have to go for IUI using a donor sperm.
