Hi look active motile should be 60. And total sperm count is in normal range, but low. It can be increase by diet, exercise and fee medicines. Start doing 45min exercise daily. Less Caffeine, junk food no Alcohol & smoking. Eat healthy food- Eggs with yolk, broccoli, green leafy vegetables.Dry fruits.
