Semen analysis report
Hello doctor,
We are planning for baby since 1.5 yr but my wife didn't get pregnant. Last month after ultrasound doctor find that my wife has ovarian cyst problem but in today ultrasound report cyst has been seen.
Doctor ask me to do semen analysis test . So I have done semen analysis.
Could you please check the attached report and guide me for next action if it's not normal.

* percentage motility - 65
* Grade A progressive motile - 40
* Grade B non progressive motile - 25
* Grade C immotile - 35
* Pus cell - 4-5
* Normal morphology - 60
* Abnormal morphology - 40
* Agglutination - POSITIVE
