I am 15 years old . my semen always leak out when i am sleeping . is this normal ?

It is a common presentation of a problem called premature ejaculation. A condition in which the threshold for ejaculation is low and spontaneous discharge during the night or on minor arousal occurs. Anxiety, stress are most common risk factors seen. Most importantly, it is completely curable.
