Sensation on lower back shoulders
Some times there is a sensational feeling of running blood or something like that on lower part of back left shoulder. There is no specific time when it occurs. It sometimes occurs when she is just sitting... talking. Is it something to worry? Whom should I concern?

It's better to show to a physician for your symptoms. From your history it looks like paresthesia which is abnormal sensations over the skin. It's best to check vitamin B12 levels and TSH as vitamin and thyroid issues can present similarly in young age.
