•Thermoseal repair toothpaste apply for 15 minutes and brush with soft brush from gums towards the teeth
•Senquel AD mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
•Calcium rich diet(like milk products, cheese) and supplements add to tooth enamel but no direct effect for sensitive teeth.
You can use sensodyne rapid relief toothpaste in the morning. And Vantaj toothpaste at night. Combination of two different medicated pastes will give you better results.
Health Tips
If you have severe erosion or exposed or broken teeth, this may not help. You will need to go to dentist so that they can treat and seal those damaged areas of your tooth.
You can use Sensodent-k paste (Indoco) for hypersensitivity. It contains potassium Nitrate that builds protection over time to help desensitize your hypersensitive tooth/teeth.
Use Sensodyne rapid relief tooth paste , also after brushing in the night please apply a layer of toothpaste on the affected area of the teeth . Leave this on atleast half hour if not for the whole night. Do not eat anything after this application . Water is fine to drink but only after half hour. This will definitely help in controlling the sensitivity .
Use this for a month’s time and evaluate the sensitivity . If reduced go back your normal tooth paste in the morning and night time use sensodyne tooth paste .
Calcium supplements will not help in reducing sensitivity.
