Pain on eating or drinking food is early signs f sensitivity in teeth which might lead to continuous pain.Use of anti-sensitivity tooth paste such as sensdyne may be helpful in early stages but in advanced stages it fails to work. All you need to do is to visit a dentist so that the cause of sensitivity can be diagnosed.Sometimes sensitivity can be because of one tooth or may be due to number of teeth.

Sensitivity to what? Hot or cold? Any particular tooth or generalized? There are lot of parameters. Please visit your dentist for a complete diagnosis.
incase of sensitivity we just cannot rely on sensodyne...It can be due to cavities so it vl be better if you visit a dentist and get a complete oral check up done...
Hello,
The desensitizing pastes are only to reduce sensitivity that is caused due to tooth abrasion.Sensitivity could be due various reasons. You need to visit a dentist and get a check-up done.
