Sensitivity is mainly when tubeless that means nerves when it get exposed to oral environment ...and stimulating factors like cool air , cool water.  Sweets or hot items when they come in touch u feel sensitive Then that means ur teeth has to get root canal treatment and cap (crown) after completing root canal treatment

Dat means your teeth will go for root canal.... get an X-ray done of dat tooth nd make sure what the problem is....
