I have one back upper jaw teeth which has become sensitive off late giving painful sensation during chewing and sipping of liquid (cold/hot). My local dentist says RCT may not be fruitful as he may not be able to establish canal for the same
I don't wish to get the teeth extracted as foundation of teeth is good as per doc. I am in a fix now. Any valuable suggestions in this regard.

Hello sir,
In your x-ray, the tooth is not suitable for root canal treatment because there is severe bone loss around the teeth and also there is root caries... The foundation of the teeth is not good there is insufficient bone support... The only treatment is to go for extraction... Don't have to worry after extraction you can fix a new teeth by doing Dental Implants...

Hi , prognosis of the tooth looks bad . The tooth has root caries and it seems the canals are calcified. If u are very particular about not going for extraction , rct can be attempted. If rct is not successful u will have to go for extraction.
The condition of the tooth looks bad as per x-ray. You can try taking antibiotics for 3 days. If that doesn't help, it would be better to get it extracted
This tooth is very difficult to save this tooth. The best way to overcome this problem is go for extraction but if u dont wana go extraction then u can go with the rct of this tooth.
Dear concerned,
Even though the prognosis is bad, my suggestion is go for RCT, there are chances that the tooth might serve its purpose for quite some years if a sincere effort is given for treatment.
Last option is to extract the tooth.
