Serious Hair fall
I'm 24 yrs old female. Facing acute hair fall. Used flucorte.0.25 lotion n logihair serum n doctor then adviced mintop lotion. Then changed my doctor n done ferritin serum test n reading is 60. Thyroid is also normal. Now I'm using imxia Xl serum n having calcium tablet as per prescription. Will I get result or how long should I continue these to get best results?

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
