My general check up is FBS 135, PPBS 219, Serum triglyceride 240, s.cholestrol 145, HDL 27, LDL 87. I have family history of heart disease. So the above value has any relation to heart disease.

Hello....your blood sugar level is high, serum cholesterol is high ...your weight is 78 kilogram...obesity , hypeelidemia, diabetes are all the risk factors for cardiovascular disease,Have fruits and vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds,Using olive oil as the principal fat, replacing other fats and oils, saturated fat is not good for health...Limiting usage of processed foods you need to take in fewer calories than you burn. So that unburned calorie dont get stored as fat, consult general physician for medicines
