Sever abdominal pain with constipation.

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am suffering from abdominal pain from last 2 months Dr.said I m having fobriod but due to that they told i should not have this much pain. I did MRI and even sonography .sonography says it is tubal mass and MRI reports everything is normal. Then Dr. Thought it is urine infection but that report also came normal. But I have lots of pain along with constipation. I am not feeling much hungry also. So please guide me to consult which Dr. and what is the exact problem.
