I'm getting severe neck pain and head ache from 2days, I'm also getting mild back ache. Took dolo 650mg in the morning but still have pain. How can this pain be treated, please Suggest .

Take rest. Try a cervical collar. If pain persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
