Sever lower back pain
While doing dead lifts in the gym yesterday I got my lower back injured. The pain is so severe that I can't walk or sit properly , I am only lying down on bed to avoid and pain and even turning my body on either side is causing pain. Looking for advice on what to do ?

MRI is reqd .it may be ligament tear or soft tissue injury. Ayurveda will help once properly diagnosed.

there may be break in tendon or muscular injury due to workout . take homoeopathic medicine for few days it will help u better.

Apply ghee over the part and give continuous cold cotton cloth pad.... within 3 hrs Pain will come down... continue 24 hrs.. same...
Health Tips
Be only on soft food like ghee/butter/ milk and rice... this is the result if improper exercise ... not following the rules to do ... dry exercise dries up the body by tending such incidence... good to follow the exercise rules...
