Severe acne
Hello,
I am facing acne problems since teenage. Back then it was not severe but later year after year it became severe and also I started getting more cystic acne. Tried everything to stop but after few days I would see again a new acne. Also, to add I get irregular mensuration. M sure my hormonal imbalance is related to it. M tired of struggling with acne. Please help.

Hi. Greetings. Can understand your frustration. Don't worry. You need to see a good qualified dermatologist. You'll need evaluation for hormonal imbalance especially polycystic ovarian syndrome. Of you are over weight then weight reduction and dieting Weill help a great deal . you'll also need treatment with oral retinoids for acne. Meet a dermatologist near you for prescription of the same.
