Hi...based on your symptoms you might be suffering from allergic rhinitis...I know you are looking for long term treatment...but the treatment has to be staged...first thing is to relieve you of the symptoms and second thing is to decrease the frequency and severity of the attacks and finally to complete cure by immunotherapy....most patients do well with first two stages and allergen avoidance...
Next Steps
this regimen below is for 2weeks 1)tab.montek-lc one tab before sleeping 2)AZEFLO nasal spray or DUONASE nasal spray one puff in each nostril twice daily 3)xylomist nasal drops two drops twice daily for 3days and afterwards use it only in case of nasal blockage 4)steam inhalation twice daily 5) last and most important step is allergen avoidance...use n95 mask when you are out to avoid dust and pollen....get rid old pillows or cover it with allergen free pillow covers...avoid deodrants and perfumes with strong fragrance...avoid smoking... COMPLETE THE COURSE...DO NOT STOP TAKING THESE MEDICINES EVEN IF YOU GET RELEIVED AFTER TAKING FOR COUPLE OF DAYS... WE'LL REVIEW AFTER 2WKS
