Severe allergy
Sir, I am suffering from cold allergy from many years. So I have taken omnacortil 20 for 1 year but it has sever bad effect. If I take cetzen 10 it has no effect. Can I take 2 tabs of cetzen 10 in a time in one day??

Slowly you have to taper or adjust the dose of Omnacortil
It is a steroid,so sudden stoppage will create other issues
So you have to be supplemented with topical steroids for some time and then stop

Take bilagra10 Mg , 15 min before food in the night. Take x- ray PNS, chest x- ray, and test for absolute eisinophil count, serum IgE

You can take Singulair 10mg Once a day in evening for one month.
Allegra 120mg Once a Day at night for 10 days.
Nasonex spray 2 puff each nostril once a day for 2 weeks.

Get an X ray PNS, X ray Chest, CBC and serum IgE levels. Blood sugar levels, hsCRP and consult a physician / ENT with your reports
