Severe anxiety
I have anxiety problem since last 10 yrs or more. i am 18 yrs old.
i always have a fear of loosing my parents to the extent that i keep calling them every half an hour which hinders my concentration. before doing anything new I get stomach ache and a feeling to empty my bowel. before exams and results i feel like i will get heart attack. plz help me or else i will die
