  4. Severe back pain. To this problems.

Severe back pain
I am 41 years old. I have got back pain in lower back and neck and leg pain for past six month.I did MRI scan the results of the scan is 1.Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at L5-S1 level 2.Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at C5-C6 level Please give me the solution to this problems.

If mri shows minimal protrusion then treatment is exercise and physiotherapy
