Hello dear Thanks for reaching out. I have carefully read your case. You have given a contradictory statement here. Walking seems to relieve pain in the morning , however you have also mentioned that walking causes severe back pain. A little clarity would be appreciated. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

I have few questions for you !! When did this back pain start ? (Duration) and does it happen frequently? Any episode of lifting heavy weight ? Associated pain in knee and ankle ?? Radiation of tingling numbness or pain to any lower limb ? Is the pain present parallel to midline along the muscle ? Or across the midline in horizontal manner ?
Next Steps
All these questions can easily be addressed with physical examination and basic investigation until u get a consultation ,take rest and do hot fomentation.

There is a possibility of acute muscle spasm in lower back muscles. Does the pain also travel towards lower limbs as well.. There is a possibility of Prolapse Intervertebral Disc In lumbar region.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to take complete bed rest for now. Start with hot fomentation,  analgesic, muscle relaxant, local analgesic ointment.
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down  avoid heavy work, avoid Indian toilet, avoid bike riding.
