When I bend forward ..even 20 degree my left back muscle neat to my spine starts aching... Now a days while sleeping or driving also it pains.. pain area has increased

Hello, you need to do spinal extension exercises and tummy tucks. Work on your inner core muscles. Walking will help. When sitting use a complete support for the low back specifically (u can use a rolled towel or a round pillow to support the low back curve) till pain subsides.
But if the pain does not subside then you need to consult a therapist.
U must be having insult to u r spine..any history of falling....accident.....show to u r orthopedic its reason...to take u r problem seriously... do not neglect......
