Severe body pain, sore throat and cough
3 days back it started with a sore throat. Slowly I started getting severe body aches mainly in muscles and ear pain too. During evening I get mild fever around 100.5 . Having difficulty eating due to sore throat. Also when I cough I am vomiting. I tried self- medication Dolo and paracetamol. It's just giving temporary relief. Pls suggest what should I do. My body has become very weak.

Need to be ruled out acute on chronic tonsilitis.. rhinosinusitis/hyperacidity also need to be evaluated.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
