Severe body pains, chills and tiredness
I'm suffering from severe body pains and cold. Actually I used to live in air conditioning rooms. Now, I am feeling chills and shivering even without fan. Lots of tiredness. Kindly suggest if any tests do I need to undergo or medication.

It May be common Flu, Legionella or other atypical pneumonia like mycoplasma, chlamydia, Hemophilus
Following tests must be conducted and the reports to be shared with us:
CBC, Urea , Creatinine, procalcitonin, Aerobic blood culture, viral markers- MP, dengue
Nasopharyngeal Swab for COVID-19(Must)
Chest X-ray
