Severe constipation
Male, 34I have chronic constipation after bells palsy recover. I have food movement problem. Have done whole body test negative endoscopy,  usg whole, etc. I have taken softovac, dulcoflex, lactizip syrup, cremalax, cremaffin all not work twice also. No stomach pain just heavy arround naval. Only cremaffin plus 50% relief. I have take cremaffin plus twice still not complete motion. Kindly suggest any other laxative name.

*You should drink plenty of water (3-4ltrs/day). *Avoid processed foods, milk and diary products. * Eat fibre rich diet including vegetables, fruits, try flax seeds, chia seeds, oats. *2 tbs of Isabgol (husk of ispaghula) with a glass of water. Once a day at night before sleeping, you can increase it to twice daily too. * There's also powder of looz available as looz fibre granules which can be consumed with water. * Donot increase dose of cremaffin plus as it causes abdominal distension too.
