Severe Constipation problem
My wife is suffering from acute constipation problem for past 5/7 years. Now is such a stage that she has motion in a gap of 2/3 days without having medicines like nityam & cremafin plus she cant survive.
Kindly suggest what to do in this case.

Plenty of liquid
Take lactifibre 2tsf daily with water instead of other laxative, this is harmless
