  4. Severe Cough and cold. Should i do now?

Severe Cough and cold.
I am in leh ladakh since 15 days I am having severe cough and cold I have taken syrup like quit, xydril & now since 2 ,3 days onwards I am taking honey with one glass of hot water but I am not finding any relief and I have vulgum also so what should I do now?

Please Take Tab oncet cf 1 Twice a day Tab pan 1 perday Cap augmentin 625mg 1 Twice a day Sy grillinctus 2 tsf three times a day Tab riconia 1 perday All for 3 to 6 days Reconsult if needed
