Severe cough
My daughter's suffered n recovered from viral fever. Now suffering severe wet cough. Age s are 7 n 4 years. Also have red tongue with white ulcers. Unable to eat.plz direct me what to do.

Cough may b due to viral infection..most common cause..but is she breathless? Ulcer may need multivitamin supplement..but without examination,cannot comment much..
