Severe Depression
I am 23yr old girl (h - 5'4" & w - 66kgs) suffering from depression . I can't sleep at night , lot of thoughts knocks my mind and I got my mind overlapped and flows with thoughts , Most of the day I sleep at early morning (5-6am) , feeling drowsy all the day ang get tired easily , feel less hungry , not interested to talk to people , sometimes 20-25 days I don't get outside and meet anyone or see sun or get sun light over my body , tend to be stuck inside my own room , try to busy myself to be ok , etc etc and most of the time take nap to avoid all these . Can anyone please tell me what should I do to reduce all these ?

Is any career or job related fear or any past worrying incident or any personal relationship issues bothering you?.
